The California K9 Safety Initiative was started by Spirit of Blue in 2021 in partnership with the Renee & Gordon Graham Foundation.  All law enforcement agencies in the State of California are eligible to apply.  Applications should be submit via the common online Spirit of Blue Grant Consideration form (apply here).
